How it works
From a short brief to a launched site in about four weeks.
Four steps, each with a clear approval point. Native integrations are scoped separately.
- 1
Tell us about your practice
A short business brief: providers, locations, existing site, scheduler and goals. We review compatibility before anything else.
You get: A written scope and monthly quote
- 2
Agree on scope
Page map, included providers and locations, modules, data flows and the complete monthly total. Signed order and payment method on file; nothing billed yet.
You get: The agreement and a kickoff date
- 3
Review your design
One chosen direction with desktop and mobile key screens and a content outline. Two revision rounds, then build on a preview you can share with your staff.
You get: Approved designs and a working preview
- 4
Launch and improve
Redirects, DNS plan, backups and rollback checked. Billing starts at launch acceptance. Then monthly reporting and one prioritized improvement at a time.
You get: A live site and a monthly report
A typical timeline
- Week 1
- Brief, compatibility review, scope and agreement
- Week 2
- Design direction, key screens, content outline
- Week 3
- Build, your content approval, search and accessibility checks
- Week 4
- Launch checks, DNS cutover, first monthly report scheduled
Estimate for a standard site once materials and approvals are in hand. If the practice pauses, the schedule pauses; billing never starts silently.
What we'll need from you
- Logo and any brand assets you already have
- Provider bios, credentials, locations, hours and phone numbers
- Your current scheduler and who owns it
- Domain access, or permission for us to coordinate the transfer
- One decision-maker for content approval
